The log file found under the same location where the files are stored have the below listed from the ServiceHelper file I have tried 2 different browsers over a couple of days. Deleted all download files which are stored on my PC location listed under the settings section but this update does not install. Then you can also try to clear the browser cache then try rescanning the Intel® DSA tool.
